Kathryn Rowan

Kathryn Rowan has had a 23-year career with Nestlé and has been Head of Human Resources for Zone Americas, Nestlé S.A. with accountability for North, Middle and South America, based in Vevey, Switzerland, since 2015. She is the HR Lead for the Global Youth Initiative of Nestlé, a member of the Global Youth Steering Committee and Secretary of the Global Alliance for Youth. Since 2012, she holds the position of Global Head of Talent & Organization Development for Nestlé S.A.
Rowan joined Nestlé in 1997 in Canada in Procurement, then led the Corporate Affairs and Communication function until 2008, when she was appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources & Corporate Affairs, until her move to Switzerland. Prior to Nestlé, she worked in the Food and Consumer Goods sector, as an industry affairs executive responsible for Human Resources, Environment & Dairy policy and programs.
