His journey in people development began five years ago when he was asked to lead Alcatel-Lucent University which became NokiaEDU after the acquisition. Mr. Fasce believes that best way for companies to succeed is to provide high quality and relevant knowledge at the right time to employees, partners and customers.
Mr. Fasce has been in the telecom business for over 25 years and has worked at leading global technology companies like Marconi, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia. His background in R&D and Sales has helped him ensure that learning has direct relevance and impact on the business.
