Michelle Mitura

Michelle Mitura is the Head of HR for Headquarters function at Schindler, Switzerland. She joined Schindler in 2012 after her second maternity leave from AkzoNobel, a Dutch multinational company operating in 80 countries, where she worked in various international and national HR Management roles. At Schindler, Ms. Mitura led the HR Function for the Production Facility including Supply Chain and Administration, taking responsibility for a major change program, which set a solid foundation for the future. At the same time, she managed HR projects, such as the national Talent Management Program in the HR Competence Center. Ms. Mitura completed the Swiss federal HR Management Degree and graduated from the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Strategic and Innovative HR Management in Zurich, where she is currently finalizing her Master in HR Leadership. Throughout her career, she has managed to juggle the responsibility for her family and meet the requirements of a leadership role in a dynamic business environment.
